Problem one key louder than the other

I have a problem that I don't know how to solve.
I have a Fantom XA, it was vandalized by somebody while I was not at home, so I took it to the roland guy who fix this kind of keyboards, so he fix it, but then I noticed when I was playing that the F key (natural) which is located at the second octave sound louder than the other keys. Even though I try to find any settings but no help available.
My question: are there any hidden settings or Do I have to take it back to the guy who fix it before?

do a factory reset before you take it back.

Hi
I had nearly the same problem on FANTOM G-6. In my case there was dust between the mechanism of the keys. You can simply solve the problem with blowing out the dust.
The behavior of this key was like playing with a fixed velocity.
Best

I will try that, I will let you know. Thank you.
It is expensive to repair it, but since is under warranty I don't have to worry.
